We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to fill the role of Supervisor in our Doha location. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant to join our team, with a salary of 1100 QR.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Fluent English language skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff in day-to-day activities at the location including scheduling, training, and problem resolution.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that employee performance meets expectations.
• Establish strategies to improve customer service on an ongoing basis.
• Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
