Position: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QAR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals in an effective manner. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with other departments.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also be able to identify problems quickly and make sound decisions in order to resolve them. In addition, they should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring the performance of staff members and providing guidance as needed;
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed;
• Keeping records of staff performance and providing regular feedback;
• Setting clear goals for each team member;
• Making sure that all deadlines are met;
• Providing direction for problem solving;
• Overseeing inventory management processes;
• Monitoring customer service levels.
