Job Title: Teacher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons to students of all ages, as well as providing learning support and guidance. The successful candidate must have a passion for teaching and excellent communication skills. We are open to considering applicants with no prior teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans, materials, and activities that engage students in learning
• Guide students in their academic development by providing constructive feedback on assignments and tests
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents on their performance
• Encourage critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and collaboration among students
• Participate in team meetings to develop curriculum plans
• Create a safe, positive learning environment that encourages respect for diversity
• Remain up-to-date with educational trends and best practices in teaching

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of current educational technology tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
