Position: Land Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing survey reports, and providing technical advice to the team. The Land Surveyor will also be expected to adhere to safety regulations and provide accurate measurements of the land.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive survey of the property being surveyed
- Gather data necessary for the survey and prepare necessary calculations
- Determine property boundaries by measuring angles, distances, elevations, etc.
- Utilize survey instruments such as total station equipment and GPS receivers
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, charts and reports summarizing findings
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements taken in accordance with safety regulations
- Maintain records of surveying activities and progress reports
- Provide technical advice on land use planning and zoning issues as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding survey results

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying
- Professional certification such as PLS/LSIT/RLA is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is desired

Salary & Benefits:
We offer an attractive salary package of 1200 per month (tax free). We are also ready to consider foreign applicants for this position. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage and paid vacation time.
