Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1200 SAR per month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and property boundaries and collecting data for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys to obtain data required to map and plan sites
• Use specialized survey equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and sonar equipment to accurately measure the details of the site
• Analyze survey results and prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions of the surveyed land or property
• Prepare sketches of surveyed areas to accurately record measurements
• Maintain accurate records of survey activities including notes, sketches, photographs, and other pertinent information
• Calculate elevation profiles by analyzing aerial photographs or satellite images
• Consult with clients to determine survey needs and provide advice on related matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar environment
• Proficiency in using specialized survey equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
