The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in project management and demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the project teams as well as leading change initiatives.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects at once, have excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Agile methodology is highly desirable.
