Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurants and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and discipline
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure quality standards, operating procedures and customer service standards are met
• Oversee the development of menus, special promotions and pricing strategies
• Analyze sales figures and devise plans to increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s products or services
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain financial records such as budgets, invoices, receipts and other documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager for at least 5 years is required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of financial documents such as budgets, invoices etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain organized when multitasking

Salary: 1400 AED per month. This position is open to foreigners.
