We are looking for an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing restaurants, preferably in the UAE. They should have excellent communication skills, an ability to motivate their team members and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, they must be able to handle high-pressure situations and quickly solve any customer complaints that may arise. Knowledge of local health standards would be a major advantage.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for setting operational objectives and ensuring that the restaurant meets all safety standards. They will also be required to identify training needs among staff members, manage payroll, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Furthermore, they will need to review financial statements such as profit/loss reports periodically to assess the overall performance of the restaurant.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700 AED per month along with other benefits depending on experience and qualifications.
