Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a team of employees. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a restaurant management role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of local food trends, regulations, and safety standards
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Description:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including menu planning, staffing, budget management, customer service, etc.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maximize profit margins
• Monitor financial performance closely to ensure that targets are met
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
