Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have the necessary qualifications and experience in managing a restaurant, including ordering inventory, overseeing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while also providing excellent customer service. They must possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can work independently as well as collaborate with others.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Ensure all safety standards are met
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient supplies
• Train new staff members on policies and procedures
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, etc.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices

Salary: 1300 AED per month (negotiable depending on experience)
