Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our Al-Kuwait team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in preparing high-quality meals for our guests. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month and we are open to considering immigrant applicants.

Job Responsibilities
• Developing menus, recipes, and ingredients selection
• Implementing food safety standards in the kitchen
• Supervising all kitchen staff and ensuring they follow health and safety regulations
• Ordering supplies for the kitchen as needed and staying within budget
• Creating weekly/monthly rotating specials that appeal to customers

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role • Proven track record of success in a professional kitchen setting
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards • Creative approach to menu development • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
