Sous Chef Opportunity in Al-Kuwait

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success as a Sous Chef.

The successful candidate should possess the necessary skills and qualifications, including:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
• Proven track record of achieving results
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is an added bonus.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will also be required to manage food quality standards, ordering supplies/inventory, coordinating staff schedules, as well as ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times.

This position offers an attractive salary package of 1300 KD per month plus benefits. We are also open to considering applications from foreign candidates.
