Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cabin Crew member for our airline based in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers on board flights, ensuring their safety and comfort during the flight and helping to ensure a safe and efficient operation. You will also be responsible for performing other related duties as directed by the management. Job Duties:
As part of our Cabin Crew Team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers throughout their flight experience. This includes greeting passengers, responding to inquiries, offering assistance with seating arrangements, verifying tickets, providing information about the aircraft and its services, demonstrating safety procedures and emergency equipment, assisting with cabin preparation prior to take-off and during flight time, monitoring passenger comfort during the flight, serving meals and beverages as required, collecting payment for items purchased on board as well as monitoring passenger behavior. In addition you may be required to perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role you must possess at least two years of experience in a similar role or one year of experience as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Crew Member with an international airline. You must also have a good command of English language (verbal & written) along with excellent customer service skills. You should have strong interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail in order to ensure passenger safety at all times during the flight. A valid passport is essential for this role due to potential travel requirements when requested by senior management.
