Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is capable of providing patients with excellent care and support. The primary responsibility of the Physiotherapist is to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments and provide rehabilitation services. You will also be expected to maintain patient records and analyze their progress.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients’ physical condition by conducting tests, such as range of motion (ROM) tests, strength tests, balance tests, gait analysis etc.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their assessment results.
• Provide physical therapy treatments such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, electrical stimulation etc.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans according to their progress.
• Educate patients on how to use exercise programs and other activities which can help them improve their mobility or reduce pain levels.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors or occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for the patient.
• Maintain accurate records of all treatments provided to the patient
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensure/Certification from a recognized professional body in Physical Therapy
• Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with patients • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in Physical Therapy treatments
