The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality. It is essential that they possess an understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and beverage recipes. They should also have great communication skills to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.

The main responsibilities of this role include preparing coffee drinks according to company standards, operating grinders and blenders, maintaining a clean work area, stocking shelves with supplies, taking customer orders accurately, providing customers with accurate information about products and prices, handling cash payments swiftly and accurately, collecting payment from customers, answering customer queries, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
