Barista job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


Position: Barista
Location: Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee drinks.
• Adhere to all recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean, maintained, and operated correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, lids, etc.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times by being attentive to customer needs and answering any questions they may have about our products or services.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a barista with knowledge of different brewing methods is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly service quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as be part of a team environment.
