Dental Assistant Vacancy in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our practice in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in dental assisting, be able to multitask and have excellent communication skills. The salary for this role is 1700 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in dental assisting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during examinations and treatment of patients
- Prepare trays with instruments and materials needed for procedures as directed by the dentist
- Sterilize instruments after each patient visit using autoclave or other disinfectant methods
- Assist the dentist in taking x-rays, impressions, digital images, etc. as necessary

Duties:
- Greet patients warmly as they enter the office
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Receive payment from patients/insurance companies
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health records system

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required – Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program preferred – Certification from a recognized organization such as DANB or NDAEB preferred
