Barista job vacancy in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies and other specialty drinks.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent customer service, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are being met. Previous experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided. However, knowledge of coffee making techniques would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include:
• Taking orders and payment from customers
• Preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies and other specialty drinks
• Keeping the counter area clean and organized
• Restocking shelves with supplies
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting with other duties as needed or requested by management
• Educating customers on the various types of coffees available
