Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, managing customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista.

The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to established recipes; check temperatures and presentation before serving.
• Follow hygiene regulations when preparing drinks and snacks.
• Receive customer orders, process payments, and answer questions about menu items.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment; order new items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work area, utensils, dishes, cups, etc., in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers warmly with a friendly attitude and smile.
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy when processing payments.
• Ensure work area is properly stocked with all necessary items to carry out duties efficiently; take responsibility for setting up necessary equipment before opening hours.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of the preparation techniques of different types of coffee drinks such as espresso-based drinks (latte macchiato, cappuccino), Americano’s etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to build professional relationships with customers quickly.
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations related to food handling processes & hygiene standards.
