Secretary vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400. We are open to considering an immigrant for the role.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a secretary and will be responsible for a range of duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, preparing reports and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also need excellent interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with clients as well as strong organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
To be considered for this role you should have:
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and also part of a team
• Flexible approach to work assignments
