Job Description:

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position offers a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering a foreigner for the job. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have excellent organizational skills. They must be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The primary duties of the Secretary include providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and filing documents when needed. The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage their time and workload while ensuring accuracy in all tasks assigned.
