Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain with a salary of 1600. The successful candidate will provide educational instruction to students in an assigned classroom, preparing lesson plans and materials in alignment with our school’s curriculum. Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that engage students and promote learning
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, homework assignments, and other activities
- Monitor student progress, provide guidance when needed, and ensure a safe learning environment
- Utilize technology such as computers, tablets, audio/visual equipment, and software applications to enhance instruction
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency of curriculum throughout the school year
- Monitor student behavior in order to maintain order and discipline in the classroom
- Provide feedback on student performance to parents or guardians
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field
- Experience as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency using computers for instructional purposes
- Ability to demonstrate patience while working with students of all ages
- Commitment to helping each student reach his/her full potential
