Executive Chef job in Jabal-Ali UAE for foreigners


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and have an exceptional knowledge of international cuisine.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, preparing meals and supervising staff in the kitchen. You must have excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You should also be familiar with food safety regulations and health and safety policies. Your duties would include planning menus, ordering ingredients, supervising staff, monitoring stock levels, managing budgets, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen and providing feedback on dishes prepared by the kitchen team.

We are willing to consider a foreign candidate for this role so you should have excellent communication skills in order to interact with customers, suppliers, and other members of staff. You should also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as well as a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
