Office Assistant (Temporary) - Sharjah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving license and be fluent in English. This position is a temporary role with no experience required.

The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant is to provide administrative support to the team, which may include filing documents, monitoring emails, taking calls, managing databases and other general duties as assigned. The successful applicant will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times. The ability to work independently or as part of a larger team is also essential. Preference will be given to candidates with an Indian nationality however this is not a strict requirement.
