Job Description:
The Waiter will provide excellent customer service in order to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, helping customers make menu selections, delivering food promptly, setting tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and tidy.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in a well-known restaurant or hotel
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays as needed
• Ability to work in flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
