Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1300 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and eye-catching pastries, desserts, cakes, and other sweet treats for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating amazing desserts that will tantalize the taste buds of our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing all types of pastry items such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies, tarts, éclairs and other desserts.
• Creating innovative and attractive presentations of sweet treats.
• Developing new recipes to keep up with the latest trends in the industry.
• Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure all recipes are being followed correctly and ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared on time and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a high-end restaurant or bakery setting.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Good understanding of different types of food ingredients and their properties.
• Creative approach towards creating new recipes. • Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude. • Immigrant status is welcome to apply for this position.
