Supervisor (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, providing guidance and support to employees and ensuring that tasks are completed in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor workflow and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Set goals and objectives for staff in order to increase productivity
• Act as a point of contact between employees and management
• Make sure all personnel is following safety protocols
• Address complaints and resolve conflicts within the workplace
• Maintain records of personnel actions, such as hiring, promotions, transfers, absences, etc.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service quality and enhance operational efficiency
• Provide feedback on employee performance to management
Salary: 1100 AED/month (negotiable). We are ready to consider foreign candidates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to motivate employees and resolve conflicts effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
