We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to coordinate and manage staff activities in order to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational abilities, be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong problem-solving skills. They should also have a good working knowledge of office administration, staff management, and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and work is completed on time. You will also be expected to monitor staff performance, provide feedback when necessary, and take appropriate disciplinary action if needed. Additionally, you will oversee customer service activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service in a timely manner.
