We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for a candidate who has at least two years of experience in Human Resources Management and possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, organizing staff training, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing guidance on employee matters. They will also play an important role in creating an employee-centric culture that encourages personal growth and development. Additionally, they should possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a good understanding of the local labor market.

The successful candidate must have strong communication and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead a team. They must also be familiar with modern HR practices and strategies, comfortable working with data systems, and able to identify areas of improvement within the organization. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position; however, they must possess excellent knowledge of English language.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200 USD/month for this position.
