Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Abu-Dhabi location. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and lead the restaurant team, while ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be highly organized and have an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, budgeting, marketing initiatives, customer service, staff training and development, and maintaining a safe working environment. They should also be able to create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests by providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, along with knowledge of food safety regulations. A bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month plus commission and benefits based on performance.
