Job Description:
The Security Manager is responsible for managing the security operations of the company. The role involves leading a team of security staff, ensuring they are trained in safety protocols and providing guidance on any security concerns. The Security Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to ensure the safety of employees, customers, premises, equipment and information systems. They will also be responsible for monitoring activities on site, investigating any incidents that occur as well as liaising with law enforcement agencies as necessary.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A degree or certification in security management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and laws
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to think quickly under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
• Proven ability to lead a team
