We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for leading and directing the operations of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and leading teams, as well as outstanding organizational, communication, decision making, problem solving and customer service skills.

The Manager should be able to develop long-term strategies, set goals and objectives, provide guidance and direction to staff members, monitor their progress, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources accordingly, ensure that all operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

The ideal candidate should also possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to meet their targets. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement within the organization, develop new processes or systems to increase efficiency; while at the same time ensuring that all operations are managed within budget constraints.

We are open to considering an immigrant for this position; however they must have relevant experience and qualifications required for this role. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 for this role.
