Bank Teller – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, processing financial transactions, and assisting with other customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bank Teller in a reputable organization and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful applicant should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly as they approach the teller window
• Process customers’ deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing
• Answer customers’ questions regarding their accounts
• Assist customers with new account openings
• Resolve customer account issues
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Balance daily cash drawer

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bank Teller
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.
