Construction Manager Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED, with the potential for growth and advancement. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing of all construction activities in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish. Duties will include but not be limited to: scheduling jobs, managing workers and subcontractors, inspecting job sites, ensuring safety standards are met, overseeing bidding process, purchasing materials, managing quality control procedures, monitoring project progress, controlling project costs and budgeting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not required
• Proven track record of successful construction projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of building codes as well as safety regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
