Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the staff, as well as managing the daily operations of the office.
We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently and is organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving skills and good computer skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing documents, maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, responding to emails and phone calls, and providing customer service. They will also be responsible for managing the office budget and ensuring that all necessary expenses are paid in a timely manner. Additionally, they will be expected to assist with general administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and assisting with preparation for meetings.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role or in an office setting, have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also possess strong written communication skills as well as good customer service skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED/month depending on experience.
