We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a department or team, ensuring that all tasks and objectives are met in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. A good understanding of modern technology and software packages is also desired.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing a team of personnel and providing guidance and support when needed.
• Developing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Monitoring daily operations for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigating customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Provide regular feedback on progress to senior management.
