Job Duties:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This includes managing staff, developing strategies to improve efficiency, maintaining financial records and budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting safety protocols, and implementing marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will be in charge of hiring new staff members as well as disciplining existing employees when needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a managerial role with excellent interpersonal communication skills. You should also have a good understanding of financial management processes and be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively when needed. Furthermore, you must be able to think quickly on your feet and adapt to changes in the work environment as necessary. We are also prepared to consider foreign applicants for this position.
