We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of products in a safe, timely and efficient manner. This is a permanent position with a salary of 1000. We are also ready to consider immigrants for this post.

Job Description
The Baker will be responsible for the preparation, baking and finishing of a wide range of products including cakes, breads, pastries and other desserts. He or she will also be responsible for monitoring all stages of the baking process to ensure that all products are baked to the highest standards. The Baker should be able to work independently but also as part of a team in order to meet tight deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients according to recipe instructions
• Measure out ingredients accurately
• Mix ingredients together using appropriate utensils
• Follow instructions carefully when baking products
• Monitor the baking process and adjust temperature as required
• Decorate finished products as per customer requests
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and maintained in good working order
• Maintain strict hygiene standards throughout the bakery

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a baker or similar role
• Familiarity with baking techniques such as kneading, mixing, rolling etc.
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure • Attention to detail
