Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and talented Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating floral arrangements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Florist must be able to work with a wide variety of flowers and plants, as well as be able to create arrangements that are unique and creative. A salary of 1300 will be offered to the successful candidate. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Job Duties and Requirements:
• Create unique, contemporary floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Ensure all flowers and plants used are fresh and in excellent condition.
• Manage inventory of flowers, plants, containers, tools, equipment, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop at all times.
• Work with customers to design custom floral arrangements based on their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a florist or in related field is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated knowledge of various types of plants and flowers is highly desirable
• Ability to use creativity in order to make beautiful arrangements quickly and efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
