We are looking for an experienced and talented Bartender to join our team at Al-Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, with a passion for mixology and flair for creating memorable drinking experiences. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 plus tips.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare classic cocktails as well as creative new drinks
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet legal age requirements
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of bartender experience in a high volume environment.
• Knowledge of standard bartending techniques such as mixing, garnishing, stirring etc.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
