Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1400 QR per month

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities to achieve the company's desired revenue goals. You will be expected to create and implement strategies for increasing sales and market share, as well as ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and management with a proven record of success in meeting or exceeding goals. A solid knowledge of customer service practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques is essential for this role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also required.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Effectively managing relationships with existing customers
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Setting up meetings with prospective clients
• Following up on leads from marketing campaigns
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth
• Collaborating with other departments when necessary to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field • Proven record of success meeting or exceeding goals • Knowledge of customer service practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus • Immigrant status is welcome
