Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing staff, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest possible standard. The salary offered is 1100 per month. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of employees and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance as needed
• Develop and implement strategies for improving productivity
• Monitor the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness of operations
• Implement safety protocols and ensure that all staff are following them correctly
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role required
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills required
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations required
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy required.
