Job Title: Land Surveyor

Salary: 1600 SAR per month

• Must be able to travel to remote areas for extended periods of time.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:
The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting surveys on properties, highways, bridges, pipelines, etc., using specialized survey tools such as GPS systems, electronic total stations, and other measuring equipment. The Land Surveyor will interpret survey data obtained from the field into detailed digital maps and plans using CAD software; analyze topographical maps; investigate titles and deeds; establish property boundaries; prepare reports; make recommendations about construction projects; provide legal descriptions for deeds; inspect construction sites; determine the elevations of points on the earth's surface; calculate the areas or volumes of land features; compile geographic data into maps or other forms suitable for presentation or analysis; install boundary markers or monuments at determined locations along surveyed lines; conduct boundary line surveys to determine legal property boundaries for deeds or leases; and perform any other duties as required by management.
