Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking. You will also be responsible for supervising teams of engineers and other professionals throughout the lifecycle of the project. As part of your duties, you will ensure that all stakeholders are kept apprised of the project's progress and that any potential risks or issues are identified and addressed quickly and efficiently. We offer an attractive salary of 1400 for this role. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position as well.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create comprehensive project plans; oversee budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and progress tracking
Monitor team performance to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner
Provide technical guidance to team members as required
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Identify potential risks or issues early on in the process; take appropriate action to mitigate them
Maintain close relationships with all stakeholders; keep them apprised of project status as necessary
Ensure projects meet customer requirements
Generate accurate reports on progress, budgets, resources etc. as required

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Project Management role
Strong technical background in relevant disciplines such as software development or manufacturing processes
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills; ability to interface effectively with customers and colleagues alike
