We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing staff and customer service, and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes planning menus, implementing strategy and goals, monitoring customer feedback, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, working with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are served, and developing new marketing ideas to increase revenue.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They must also possess strong organizational skills and be able to lead by example. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
