We are a successful and vibrant restaurant in Dubai, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered. This role includes managing staff, ordering supplies and food items, setting menus, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to. In addition to these responsibilities, the Restaurant Manager will also be expected to monitor food quality standards and provide feedback on performance.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task effectively. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. Prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is beneficial but not essential if the candidate has suitable qualifications or experience in customer service or related fields.
