Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to the team. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys on land sites using a variety of surveying methods
• Prepare survey reports for clients with accurate measurements and data
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times
• Operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GIS systems, etc.
• Analyze survey results and make recommendations for action
• Collect, compile, analyze, interpret, and report geographic data
• Collaborate with other professionals like engineers and architects when necessary

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques including Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology
• Strong mathematical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software preferred

We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position with minimal work experience. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A valid driver’s license is also required. This position offers a salary of 1700 USD per month.
