Barista job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia for unskilled worker


We are looking for a well-qualified Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, as well as a passion for coffee and customer service. They should also be knowledgeable about coffee and tea brewing techniques and have excellent organizational skills.

The job description includes providing friendly, efficient service to customers; preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards; stocking supplies for the bar area; cleaning the bar area; and being able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate also needs to be able to take orders from customers, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, strong problem solving skills, be able to work independently or within a team setting, be passionate about their role, and have an appreciation for fine coffee. The salary on offer is 1100SR per month plus incentives based on performance. We are open to consider an immigrant for this role dependent on their experience.
