The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in high-end restaurant or hotel kitchens, as well as notable culinary qualifications. Additionally, the Executive Chef must be capable of managing a food budget, ordering supplies, and setting prices.

We also expect the Executive Chef to be creative in their approach to menu planning, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have great organizational skills and be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
