Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will also assist in menu development, create daily specials, and help to develop the restaurant's reputation for excellent cuisine.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about cooking and providing exceptional service. To qualify for this position you must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a sous chef or similar position in a restaurant setting. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of food safety protocols as well have strong organizational skills. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required if relevant experience can be demonstrated. Additionally, we prefer but do not require that the candidate has experience working with foreign cuisines or with international customers.
